Steve Evans

Whilst the audience are here to watch the hard working and talented performers, Steve, the Ringmaster, stands at the front of the stage, thinking he is the most important part of the show. Even the clowns know he isn’t, but at least he keeps the show on the road!

Steve’s 15 year recruitment career includes; UK Director for the global recruitment business, TMP.Worldwide, European reseller for Monster.com (when Monster was owned by TMP), establishing the UK’s fastest growing ATS, Apply4Law and Head of Marketing for the UK’s largest job board software provider.

Steve is regularly invited to contribute to recruitment publications and sits on the judging panel for the UK’s National Online Recruitment Awards.

The role of the Ringmaster...

As well as the day to day management of the business, Steve advises clients on recruitment strategies, social media and marketing. Never happier than spending time with his very young family, he will gladly bore anyone who will let him with various exaggerated tales of traveling and daring do.

Be sure to ask him...”Why do you think recruitment has changed?”

Don’t ask him...”Are you sleeping much?” (the answer is always the same - he has 2 very young children)
